Nature of Products
We provide digital services, and no physical goods are shipped to customers. All products, including platform access, configurations, and any custom setups or documentation, are delivered electronically to the customer’s provided email address or server.
Delivery Timeline
- Platform Access (Subscriptions): Access to your Instasender account is typically granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- Source Code and Setup Services: Delivered within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation and necessary business verification.
- Custom Integration Services: Delivery timelines will be communicated individually based on project requirements, complexity, and mutual agreement in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Delivery Process
Upon successful payment, our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm your details and initiate the setup and configuration process. Once completed, all platform access, configuration guides, and any requested deliverables will be shared electronically via secure email or direct access to the platform.
